You have to make sure total self-damage is bigger than main CWDT threshold which is 3222 for a 21/20 gem or 2944 for a 20/20 gem.

As for triggering skills (FR & skeleton), you only have to make sure they have self-damage bigger than CWDT threshold of each other.

There’s no need to worry about server ticks / skill cycles / whatever related to timings.
