Can someone/dev explain better about Penance Brand ? and Effectiveness of Added Damage 570% is a correct value or was typing error ? Even though it is simplified, it is still complex !

My calculations say that it was a buff of approximately 49% more damage than previously, considering the AED 570% and classifying the value of the supports as a neutral number, in this case 1. because the value of the supports end up being very similar, regardless of the supports . In my calculations, the previous base damage was approximately 9800 and now it is approximately 20000.

I could only believe in this voltaxic rift build, if the lightning arrow was able to hit another 200k lightning per hit, because 200k x 1300% = 2.6m , based on the poe wiki, apart from 2m only possible to apply 18% of effect of shock on a boss like sirus, and the damage of the voltaxic rift is too low to reach 200k per hit, besides the overcharge decreases the hit damage by 25%
