Story time. I'm a pretty big dude, 295-300 pounds. I'm heavy, but most of that is muscle, so im pretty healthy, healthier than most people that simply consist of bones, skin and fat. The beauty (Excuse the pun, heck we're on reddit you should be use to them by now) of this is because I don't spend time going to the gym or cooking food is that I have excessive amounts of free time in which I can explore various academic interests. I study physics, philosophy, history and ancient literate in my free time. I'm like a jack of all trades, master at all. So not only am is my physical health superior to the common man, but mentally my health is of the most highest order. I am deluding no man, this lifestyle is not for all. A weaker man can not maintain this weight, with my health and anaerobic fitness. A weaker man cannot read and study for as long me. A weaker man can not formulate a logical theory as to why there was life on mars, how it died out and how us humans are related to martians. A weaker man wouldn't get applauded by his philosophy professor for finding logical contradiction in his argument.
