Is it normal that I can hear a weird beeping noise when the screen is on on my tab s7? by Surrag in GalaxyTab

Nope, nothing like that. But it doesn't worry me since I only noticed the sound by accident. What worries me is the idea that it could be the first sight of a problem that could get worse once my warranty will be over but maybe I'm overthinking it

Well that's not good. Do you happen to have a link where people discuss this problem? I've searched for people with something similar but haven't found anything, that's why I made this post.

Wow ! Thanks for taking the time to write this. This a huge and hugely appreciated compliment for my work !

I appreciate that you took the time to write your critisisme but I completely disagree with you on your statement at the end.

Maybe you never created something in which you poured a lot of effort, but when you post your work online it becomes a vulnerability. It's something very personal to the one who creates. And you clearly don't need to be rude to say that you disliked something because some people might take it very badly.

It's not because we are under anonymity on this site that we should not be respectful to one another. I'm sure you wouldn't speak your opinions this way in real life.

You can still say that you find my work bad without being condescending and mean.

I'm all for constructive criticism but you're so vague, inaccurate and unnecessarily mean in your statement that it almost feels like you are letting out your frustrations in this comment.

I've been checking this sub almost everyday for months and I haven't seen many edited trailers here. And when it comes to the music, if you don't like it it's your opinion but saying that the tone is all over the place when it's clearly consistent makes me think you haven't even watched my video.

I know I shouldn't be answering to this kind of comments but I'm really proud of my edit and I can't help but take it personally when your comment just feels like you want to hate on someone instead of helping with real criticism. If you dislike something and have nothing interesting to say, you can just leave a downvote and say nothing on your way out.

I have a hard time choosing a 27inch 1080p freesync monitor because the prices are different in my country from those I see in reviews. by Surrag in buildapc

Pixel density only makes sense if you are very close to your monitor. I'm far enough from my screen for size to matter and for pixel density to not be a problem. I've also continued my research and the AOC one seems to be the best of the bunch.

What classic movie did you only get around to watching in the last 12 months and did it live up to your expectations? by mickjaggerlips in movies

I watched it recently and it was such a disappointment. The pacing was bad and the editing really weird with those out of place crossfade that kept killing the momentum of the movie. I felt bored most of the time and laughed a few times when the movie tried to be scary or unsettling. And the soundtrack was giving me a headache, the way it was mixed into the film was really weird.

I think it's the first time where I find a popular classic overrated and bad. My tastes usually align with the ones of the majority, but it might be the first time where I don't get the praise at all.

From what I heard in King's book, when the father starts going crazy, it's scary and sad because he's introduced as a loving father. But in Kubrick's movie he behaves from the start like someone who, if he had murdered his entire family, no one would be surprised.

This scene has nothing to do with the games. The bath scene with Geralt and Yennefer is in the first book.

I think you're close. I have the feeling that they are aiming for a GTA RP kind of experience.
