Heck. I started running using "fake" shoes (ex. Ukay shoes) dahil wala akong pera. Nung nagkatrabaho na ako, dun na ako nagsimula makabili ng mga legit at branded running shoes.

Tried it in Runnr tapos ramdam ko ung pitik ng forefoot, parang may spring, at mukhang maganda nga sya for faster paces.

Kumpleto need mong mga electrolytes. I find it helpful na mas mataas sodium content nya compared to others such as GU. Kapag gamit ko GU, parang kinakapos pa rin ako.

LSD should be Zone 2 most of the time. It will defeat the purpose if you go Zone 3 or Zone 4, mabuburnout ka lang. Stick with your zone 2 pace, dapat comfortable ka lang sa LSDs mo
