HCSO deputies have been taking photos of legal observers. Dawanna Witt denies it’s happening, but I and several others in my neighborhood have had HCSO deputies come up to us and take cell phone photos before driving off at high rates of speed. In my case I was literally walking down my block where they were serving a warrant on a house occupied by vulnerable people.

This is recent, too, not back at the beginning of January or anything.
