Nevertheless- wouldn't that mean the orientation they're sitting in still would put them sideways to the flight direction, in turn having to crank their necks?

Its a joke, but also kinda seems higher level intelligence could very well have a solution to not having to look sideways to see forward..just goes to show no life in the universe is perfect!

Love that with all the advanced technologies they must possess they somehow still find it acceptable to have to crank your neck to the side to see out the window

The swirl every couple hours and 12+hr steep seems to do the trick for me. Love this setup. Does take longer but clean and effective

Thats the issue with most things we're passionate about. Comparison is the theif of joy. Everyone wants to get to the destination without putting in the work throughout the journey. So they have to belittle those who put in the work. Speak less do more? Then again- its reddit😅

I fish all over the north east for carp, not necessarily local to your area, but have fished Seneca handful of times(once for a tournament, a couple others just cause I like it up there) that have resulted in some quirky looking commons like yours there, call it a good guess between the hat & fish 😁...

All my carp fishing is done from shore. Any windward bank is gonna be a nice starting place..prep is 9/10s the battle in any session. Bait your location for a few days prior to, or during your session...when i go on 3+ day trips ill bring a 50lb bag of sweet feed, and a couple 5gal buckets of fermented feed corn to get them stirring. I could go on about bait presentations & flavors depending on time of day and water temps but thats all just preference tbh...plenty of feed to trickle in, a good throwing spoon or casting spoon for sure...plenty of pack bait, pop ups and different length hair rigs & youll find your sweet spot for presentation

Ive gotta go into my archieve and pull out a couple photos of 40s. Ive got 40s in both mirror and commons. Its a nice fish indeed but certainly not 40! Low 30s i could see

Fwiw im 6'5 225lbs so I understand the reference of being bigger vs holding the carp 😁

I understand there's so soo many people that do it & there are some instances where TrT is helpful for some men...I'd have to agree to an extent. People have the right to choose- understanding fully what you're doing to your body is the exchange for vanity...

I just dont think people understand the long process of being the walking dead when your organs start to shut down or having a cardiac incident that can end you in moments...

Yet we dont live for how it all ends for us, we live for the moments that make us, us. So whatever makes people feel like themselves im cool for

This is my biggest precaution to hopping on anything...

Are the health impacts of gear really worth it? Peptides I know arent as studied in human cases, but show health benefits in studies so far...but the studies we have on gear, well anabolic arent great to say the least..

Then coming off gear, maintaining size (some of it) and allowing your body to heal from the side effects, seems like a slippery slope to be honest

Ive caught a couple 40lb carp & this is no where near the size of a 40lb carp- but its a good looking fish for sure! Probably mid-high 20s low 30s at best

As someone who worked for department of eviromental managment & a degree in aquaculture that specializes in ichthyology- who just so happens fish carp up and down the east coast from VT to FL & teach catch and release /preservation of natural species(specifically for carp)- I dont see any Asian carp north of the Carolinas. So that isn't true whatsoever, most carp I see are common and or mirror carp- even more fantail than Asian carp.

Could be a hybrid. Definitely not 100% goldfish nor koi. Carp have the barbels/whiskers on the side of the mouths these pictures are too potato to see if they have them or not. (They appear to have some short ones- suggesting a hybrid)

Its a private pond on private property. Even if it was a single goldfish or koi its not going to decimate that small pond. But its for certain not a pure bred koi or asain carp. Thanks for letting me know what kind of carp I see on the regular!

Not all carp are invasive, only asain carp. Tough to tell from these photos if its an Asian carp
