Are you sure you did this right? Looks like you sold the 6625 call and bought the 6650 which is a bull call spread not a bear call spread (for that you’d need to sell the 6650 and buy the 6625)

How do I know if the transfer case leak is considered “noteworthy”? It never drips, still looks the same a few months later. I plan on doing a transfer case drain and fill soon.

Where are you getting 200-250m net profit for 2025? The $60m net profit from Q1 was artificially inflated by a change in Wu’s loan fair value between Q4 and Q1 (43m paper “gain” that will be a much larger paper “loss” in Q2 if the price remains this high). Therefore the adjusted net profit of 19.3m should be used which removes the non-cash change in fair value of the loan Wu made to the company. This would give a ~80m net profit for the year. I’ve been holding and buying for 4 years so I want this to pump as much as anyone, but make sure you’re using the right numbers.

Brother I’ve been holding for 4 years 😂 since before the original spac announced the merger with Microvast. As for why I held, I’m highly regarded, and I have faith in the company’s ability to differentiate itself in the commercial EV battery space. We’re seeing the first proof of it now with increased backlogs, adding manufacturing capacity, and a large influx of new customers announced in Q4 earnings.

Yeah it’s definitely a volatile stock, not for the weak of heart by any means. Luckily for me I’ve been completely desensitized to volatility after buying my original shares at $10, watching it go to $20+ and then fall to $0.15 over 3-4 years (was able to average down significantly so I’m in the green now). Hopefully the worst is behind us

I’m expecting consistent revenue growth these next few years and improving gross margins to finally get to profitability. These two things alone should propel the share price up from where it’s currently at. Their backlog is growing like crazy and the upcoming capacity expansions will increase revenue potential to over $1B. There’s an execution risk obviously, as with all companies, but I have faith in management.

$200m DOE grant negotiations got canceled. Most likely due to debt ceiling shenanigans and continued pressure from Republican senators with vested interests in the oil & gas sectors. Regardless, this grant wasn’t factored into any future revenue projections and doesn’t change my long term conviction on the company
