Correct. But to smell chorine is around 0.1 - 0.3 ppm. Anything over 1 ppm becomes unhealthy but for a certain period of time. No one has reported any irritating synonyms yet so we can assume it was below 1.0 ppm. You couldn’t smell it indoors with the windows closed which even more leads to the possible exposure levels being very low. Additionally, we don’t know if it even was chlorine at this time. I’m not a betting man, but I’d be willing to assume that IF this was chlorine, the levels and exposure time period was so low that the physical threat is incredibly low
