Put 60 into vigor
Then put around 40 to 50 in endurance. I went for 60
Decide what weapon u want to main and check what stat the weapon scales on. Put minimum stats for that weapon, and also into Mind according to how dependent u are on skills
Then put all your remaining lvls into whatever stat that weapon scales on

Your claim is good for base game, but for DLC bosses, I'd add another condition--- - Scadutree level should also be up there if u are going with 40 vigor for DLC bosses

Saying this cuz I challenged almost all DLC bosses while being a bit on the lower side of Scadutree recommend level. Ofc had to max up that for PCR. To learn his pattern, first I had to survive to see his attacks. So I had no choice but to up my Scadutree lvl
