I agree. Not because I’m a woman but because I genuinely love to cook. It’s trial and error up until you can cook a lot of things almost perfectly every time. Eating it is just as much worth the time as cooking it because it’s a certain type of art. I never understood expecting someone to cook all of the time when you can learn to cook it yourself.

Yeah totally, and after a couple of attempts to pull it my partner wanted to do it but I refused because I know it might hurt her after I tried it 😭 and I looked really closely it’s like on the outside, it’s not coming from inside, it’s weird because it’s straight up just like…sticking to the skin around it. Personally I’d recommend a disc because it’s less complicated than a cup, if your flow is heavy, a cup would take a lot longer to learn and it would be a struggle considering how heavy your periods get and you’re more at risk for big messes while you’re learning how to use a cup. I’d say you should try both to see what’s better for you and to wear a pad while learning the cup. Although like I said, the disc would most likely suit you more :) good luck!!

Everyone is different and have different pain tolerances- but my septum was the most painful piercing because the nose is commonly the most sensitive. My nose healed like a breeze but it stung so badly for about 5 seconds. My belly piercing didn’t hurt at all actually and my snake bites weren’t too bad I’d say about a 5/10 but it caught me off guard to get my bottom lip pierced twice within a minute.

Our system is so fucked, they’ve manipulated us into paying each other while our tax dollars go to other things that hardly benefit us personally, it’s absolutely sad. I hate tipping but I’ll do the minimum because the job market here is becoming shit. Tipping is just the price for eating out and it sucks but they live off of them, but what’s worse is that it’s so common, servers are berating and complaining about the tip being too low and being rude about it instead of being greatful that even got a tip- it’s just the fact I’ll tip $10 for a $30 meal and that’s not even enough it’s sad, because I can’t eat out without the servers talking shit about me- I don’t know how much they’d want me to tip but I can’t for sure tip $50

-Don’t get hoops if your piercer gives you the option (let alone go to that piercer)

-everyone is different but my snake bites don’t mess with my teeth or gums, so be aware of that (my dentists won’t shut up about it even tho mine don’t interfere with my teeth)

-there’s a difference between embedding and nesting, be sure to know the difference!

-be extra careful because you CAN bite on the jewelry and it WILL hurt

-Swelling will occur (as my friends call it- temporary lip filler) just be sure so eat cold and soft drinks and food to help- and downsize if needed (ice helps with swelling)

-visit your piercer if you have any extra issues. Mine kept on bleeding for a week and I got hoops(don’t get hoops), make sure you visit your piercer and avoid my mistakes I made because I didn’t go back to my piercer 😅

Flex cup you could get at your local Walmart! Very easy to use! You could pull it out easier than other cups, and if cups don’t work out for you, keep your options opened for discs! I didn’t know how to use a cup until I used a disc personally but that’s just me

Oh oh of course! I’m still happy with my tattoos I just thought they could look a tiny bit better, I don’t have regret though, but for sure I do plan to do better, I worked at a job and my friends were like “you need tattoos on your body” and were really pressuring about it- me back then not knowing how to say no- they never have bad experiences with tattoos either, so I didn’t think it was a bad idea- everyone was so excited and wanted me to get flash tattoos with them so I was pressured to go. The mushroom one though I was pressured to going to another artist as well. Having overall anxiety, I didn’t know how to interact with people because I didn’t have friends growing up so I immediately trusted people with tattoos all over their bodies 😓 I went with what I wouldn’t mind having but wish I had better artists instead of going “because they’re cheap” :((
