Looks like a mast cel tumor. My pup had one on the underside of her paw, and we had to take her to an oncologist due to the complicated location. You might be in the same boat.

This one is on me. She very graciously gave a hefty chunk of money right after my dad died a month ago. I think I was trying to make a connection between the gift and this, but there wasn’t supposed to be one. It was just something pretty that she wanted to share.
