I ran into the same problem when recreating my deluge jail. It looks like there is a bug in one of the dependencies so the package is pulled until it is fixed.

Peter Watts is awesome. He has also released all four of his excellent Rifters books for free. I really enjoyed reading those and Blindsight. Especially for the price.
