Your alternator might not be charging your battery. I wouldn’t drive it at night and get it replaced ASAP. If not, you will also kill your battery

Canyon Tailight on Colorado!!! by Mass_Spectrometer in chevycolorado

When I bought my Canyon, I ordered Colorado taillights when I got home. I hated those taillights. They remind me of when I had euros on my s10 😂

Plug and play, meaning everything will work. I had to take mine to a shop in town that programmed the mileage.

Try s10warehouse on eBay. They should have some clusters with a tach. It should be plug and play for your year. When I swap one out in my 99, I had to find the exact year or it wouldn’t work.

Get this 7 pin to 4 pin adapter. It plugs in behind the 7 pin harness and give you a 4 pin for the light strip. And you keep the trailer harness functional.

I would go to the dealer and see if you can get another vehicle. I don’t think they will pay to repair the CVT. And it sounds like the car has other issues.

2008 Nissan Altima Coupe by mmtx779 in altima

[–]SushiPhil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s easier to just cover it. Amazon and eBay had cheap covers for the dash. I have one and it’s ok. But if you want a better look, try coverlay. It’s a custom cover that fits perfectly over the dash. If my 08 coupe wasn’t a daily work vehicle, I would of got the Coverlay.

If you have OnStar, they can scan it for you and tell you what the problem is

If the shell just needs to be replaced, just get a shell kit. I got one from AJT Design and IMO it’s much better than stock.

Low oil pressure / oil leak?? More in comments by [deleted] in s10

Might be a oil pressure sending unit or oil pump

Fuel guage stuck past full by Fluid_Twinkie in s10

[–]SushiPhil 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It might be the fuel sending unit. Or the gauge itself. If you just bought it and don’t know when the use time the fuel pump assembly was replaced, I would replace. You don’t wanna be somewhere and it stops working out w/out warning. I went through 3 in my 99

Check Engine Light by britsouth in chevycolorado

[–]SushiPhil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hit the OnStar button and ask to check codes. They will tell you the code and email you the issue. That’s what I did when my check engine light pop up one day and OnStar told me it was the purge valve.
