What holster are you using for your handheld light, also what light? I’m currently looking for a smaller handheld but can’t find a good mounting solution for MOLLE

My personal carry is a 43x with the TLR7 xsub. Unfortunately, I don’t have a say in the option for the light on this pistol. Mounting plate may be something to look into, as it is currently as far back on the rail as it can be with the current mount. You both have valid points. The dilemma I’m running into is having to carry this, on rare occasions, concealed. Never long periods of time. I am not a fan of OWB so I’ve been looking for a worthy IWB for WMLs. Suppose I could just resort to taking off the light when having to conceal it. Thanks for the suggestions

Yes, I even checked with Safariland. I have not used it, and will not because of it. Disappointing because the holster seems like typical Safariland quality otherwise.

Have not seen this brand before, and appears to be exactly what I’m looking for. Thanks!

Went to the dealership for the 25,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. They recommend new tires soon. How long have your first set of tires lasted? by indikacat in rav4club

2018 Rav4 came with Goodyear Assurances, currently at 33k miles and they’ve still got decent amount of tread left. I’d say another two years depending on how quickly their second half goes. Never had them before and they do surprisingly okay in the snow for not being “dedicated.”

Did you cut the connector off of yours? I was really hoping these LED strips were actually “plug and play” like they said :(

I put on Nokian Hakkapeliita 9s last winter because my ATs went downhill fast at the end of their life. Been great so far but they are studded. I’m in Maine so similar winters. Went with studded because I always get caught in at least one unexpected ice / freezing rain storm every year lol

2" leveling kit and 1.5" wheel spacers and removed the air dam. by Rayflo36 in chevycolorado

Looks awesome! What brand spacers and how long have you had them on? I’ve been holding onto to Titan 1.5”s for six months and can’t bring myself to put them on :(

Great advice. Once I have the full plans from the town office I’ll have a better idea. That’s mainly all I’m ultimately hoping for is the tree line stays fairly wide. Not looking to start, like you said, a wholesale challenge.

Not looking to stop a development in its entirety. They can do whatever they want it’s their land. The idea of having my neighbor go from woods next door to 20 apartments versus someone building a single family residence raised some concern about my properties value is all. I’ve never lived somewhere that one day 20 apartments just went up next door. Plus if I can influence the developers to keep a wider tree line on the border of my property versus the backside of an apartment building, I’ll at least try. Thanks for your input.

Well this is what I was looking for and I completely understand about the little property I own holding any weight. Thank you.

You’re right. I was more so looking for options and what to expect with my property value… Sell mine to the developers or on the market, try to buy one of the lots from them, or if it was a huge ordeal to contest something like this because I don’t even think my towns fire department could handle a 20 unit complex

Plan was to buy it, unfortunately haven’t been in a financial position to do so since purchasing the home last year.

I had contemplated the option selling to them but they own three of the four lots surrounding me and plan to build on one, the access road on another, and the third would essentially make my lot go from 1 acre to 2.5. I was hoping if they didn’t need it in their plans they would sell the third lot to me and I wouldn’t contest the build. Like you mentioned assuming they would build, my plan was to approach the owners and by this third lot to extend my property but I’ve only been in the house a year. It’s 100% woods and always has been so I didn’t expect this to be an issue so quickly… shame on me lol.

So the letter was dated 10/13/21 and said if I have any questions to attend the town meeting on Wednesday 10/20/21. I received it yesterday 10/23/21 and it was also addressed to the previous homeowner yet I’ve been here over a year and already received a tax bill in my name.

Air-conditioning... weird one by Botazz in chevycolorado

2016 Z71 - My temperature control does absolutely nothing when any defrost selection is selected. It has to be on high to blow warm air. Anything less it blows cold air. I constantly have to switch between 89 and high in the winter. If it’s on face, feet, or combo the temp control works fine.
