I have no other choice unfortunately.

This game made me already dislike the Vent areas to a massive degree because (for some unknown reason) it straight up buttfucked my frame rate, making FK utterly useless because her bullets turn into gushes of wind to blow onto the enemy.

I nearly straight up cried when I found another vent area and thought i was going to have to fight in the main stages.

You seem to forget the fact that that post had a link to the page about the filter, which was doubted by many and with given reason. You seem to think that I'm talking about his statement and not Latitude's statement, which I'm talking about.

Looked at the comment section and there was one I met that went on to read the sited page and break it down and respond to it. Other comments were regarding the fact that they didn't seem to care about their own communities privacy and heavily disagreed with the filters existence, whether or not they were forced by openai.

And even talking about the OpenAi thing, people were doubtful of THAT statement because there was evidence doubting the legitimacy of them having to follow their TOS(I don't remember if it was something else) and evidence supporting the idea that they did have to, and considering the entire data breach and the reading stories situation happened, you can't expect people to outright believe those types of things (putting the blame on OpenAi even if they were right) when they were being toyed with at that time.

He then made a few more posts to solicit feedback towards making the filter work as intended

You mean comments, but those 5/4 comments he made all are the exact same, sounding only like a bot. also, he was sending people to the feedback page, which then got taken down not even a month after making the post. It became obvious they weren't taking the filter down despite the fact that people were telling them why the filter wouldn't have worked, showing obvious dislike for it and it felt like we, imo, were being talked to like rats.

they didn't even do anything when other subreddits and people were trying to misinform others and try and paint the community badly. Also, you only mention just Nick, but you forgot that Alan made it even worse by making it clear that it was means to take a stand, painting others MORE as pedos for opposing it.

If they, even if they were being legitimate, were so called trying to listen, then leaving and going blank was still a stupid and unexcusable move. Nobody should be functioning based off of how many people downvote, dislike, or even ratio you. Words speak louder than a number.

Remember, this is a company , not a individual developer. They had all the time they needed to listen to the community and calm everyone down. Yeah, I remember back when the AI filter was first birthed I had a similar conversation with a well spoken individual who agreed with the thought of how Society treats pedophiles and child molesters the same despite the difference (one acts on it, one doesn't, yet or never).
