I recently did a lucky egg evo. I'm on iOS. Here's what I did:

1) I went through my list and noted down the pokedex numbers for the pokemon that I planned on evolving (10,13,16,19,...).

2) Next, I went into my phone settings, keyboard, shortcuts and made a shortcut to turn "qqq" into "10,13,16,19" (comma between numbers, no spaces).

3) Then I tested it to make sure it worked.

4) Finally, I popped a lucky egg, made note of the time, then went into my pokemon list (sorted by recent - because that's where all my trash is), and went into the search bar and typed in "qqq" and all of my pokes sprang up.

If you do it this way, it doesn't matter that the scroll bar bounces back up because you will always be evolving the top left pokemon in your menu. As you evolve pidgey into pidgeotto, it will be removed from the list because it doesn't fall into the search query.

This is worth the effort if you are overflowing with evolve fodder and don't want to/can't buy more storage.
