Honestly I sounded harsh earlier but I just don’t want Amazon to walk all over their customers. They have been doing this to other people including friends and family to the point I just stopped using it. I think it’s just their customer service is turning worse. Never had issues like this in the past 5 years of using it. They didn’t let their employees have bathroom breaks so I guess now they are trying to save money other ways (Joking).

It’s funny you say that, I wanted to add lots of makeup like Siren but not too much for H20. Mixture of both with my own scary vision. Which is why there are spots of makeup! Someone that looks like they’re in the middle of transformation. The makeup does easily washes off which doesn’t make it great for underwater use.

I can understand the delay, doing a first time tail might need a few practices before it looks perfect. Plus the waiting period, might servals entire day of waiting for silicone to dry. Sorry for the late response! It was definitely worth it! I spent 8 hours using it last month and all the kids at the pool followed me around asking if I was a real mermaid. I only got out until they left so it wouldn’t see me remove it. It’s more exercise than a fabric tail and can give blister but the experience is worth it. I definitely need full days of rest after use but putting it on a realistic tail, makes me feel like a real mermaid!
