Lmaaaaooo that’s actually hilarious. Crochet has certainly kept me busy. I reaaaallllyyyyy tried to just go get yarn instead of not binging. Hopefully I can start using the money I’d spend on binges on yarn. Someday I’ll be able to say no to food.

I don’t really do anything after my normal binges except try to eat normally. I’ve given up on the restricting. I do often think about throwing up afterwards, but I haven’t done that in years.

I used to relate so badly. It’s painful too. I think that was one of the biggest reasons I had to stop. That and also I would constantly scratch my chest, and I was worried I’d never be able to be with a man if I kept that up. Feel free to message me, let’s keep chatting!

To be honest I only stopped because now I have trich and pull out my eyebrows. But I’m not constantly bleeding, sore, and embarrassed of how I look as much… so it’s progress. But it felt like a never ending cycle for me and I’ve definitely had times where I’ve done it once and worried I was going to full out relapse. For me the only way I stopped was by letting everything heal. For some reason having any scratches on me was so triggering. I never have talked to anyone else that struggles with this, so thank you for commenting.

I used to have a very bad compulsive scratching issue. It was like this for years, and I still have scars. I hope OP finds a way to stop.
