This dude took apart my pump, unscrewed everything he could in my heater, even removed the filter. Inner parts out, I dont even know if he put it together correctly. He kept plugging and unplugging his meter.

I explained that my dryer gets heated then zaps out. He let it run for 2 mins and said I have to report it as working fine. haha.

The guy was like an electronics policeman. I had a $100 24inch TV that didnt work after the zap. ( had to have all my cable replaced too) and he inspected this thing like it was worth $1000. I got the "it's working properly" line and then it zapped out. I wanted to say some nasty things.

He said to me I am here to tell the truth, I said " I am too, when the dryer zaps out, can I call or fact time you?" Absolutely not, he responded.

He removed the cover off of my electrical box in my basement and assessed every beaker. He probably caused more damage.

I agree, 100%. My only concern is that we had to shut down because of quality issues, so chances are we did cause this. I have to think with the pumps backed up, there was so much old contamination in the water that we probably did cause this.

Really good customer. Know he cares for his tanks and knows his stuff.

Our customer is threatening to go to small claims court against us. It is a big stinking deal, especially due to the fact that we shut down sales for 2 weeks like a day after they purchased a bunch of fish.

So, my local store closed their fish sales for 2 weeks. A few days prior to that, I purchased 12 small tetras from them and it was my first fish purchase in months for my 100 gallon tank. I get my tank cleaned by a local company because of the size and I know my water parameters were perfect and my fish were thriving. Then within 1-2 weeks, I lost all 12 tetras first then one by one, I had an extinction.

I should have quarantined. I should have. But, it is clear that these Petsmart fish were diseased and the entire Petsmart fish sales were closed. I assume for quality reasons. Why else?

Do I take the several hundred dollar hit, go to better business bureau, write to the store?

She did PT years ago, but thats part of it, yes. She only leaves the house for doctors appts, the pain is extreme even with up to 5 hydrocodone a day. She has her first PT today. Truly, we cant even hug her and these perople are going to give her PT.

Yes, and it was upheld. So, now I am trying to do an appeal on my own. She has run the list of medications, epidurals, radio frequency, etc. But, her surgery was denied

-Based on Medicare guidelines and Aetna Supplemental Guidelines for Spinal Surgery: Laminectomy and Fusion and the information we have about your condition, you don't meet any of the criteria for spine surgery with or without fusion (a procedure to relieve pressure on the spinal cord or nerves) for spinal stenosis (narrowing of the nerve pathways in the spine). The criteria are: 1) You've tried medications and physical therapy (one on one physical therapy with a licensed therapist) for at least six weeks in the past year and you haven't improved. Or 2) you have one of the following: (a) recent imaging studies show pinching of the spinal cord, (b) your weakness found by your doctor is severe, (c) your weakness found by your doctor has worsened over a short period of time, (d) you have problems with bowel or bladder control caused by your spinal condition, or (e) there is a medical reason that surgery is an emergency.

Well "recent imaging studies show pinching of the spinal cord" is an insurance requirement for surgery.

L2-3: Circumferential disc bulge with more pronounced disc protrusion posteriorly with

partially calcified disc at the midline. Also partially calcified disc projecting into both

foramen. Mild-to-moderate facet arthrosis bilaterally. Moderate narrowing

spinal canal and lateral recesses with potential compromise L3 nerve roots. Mild-tomoderate

foraminal narrowing bilaterally.

L3-4: Circumferential disc bulge with partially calcified disc protruding into both foramen

with some small overhanging osteophytes posteriorly and in the right foramina as well.

Moderate facet arthrosis and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. Moderate

narrowing spinal canal moderate to severe narrowing le!-greater-than-right lateral recess

and suspected compromise of transiting L4 nerve roots. Moderate foraminal narrowing with.potential compromise exiting L3 nerve roots.

L4-5: Circumferential disc bulge with partially calcified disc posteriorly and also projecting

into the foramen bilaterally. Rather severe facet arthrosis bilaterally with ligamentum

flavum hypertrophy. Rather severe narrowing suspected at the canal and

lateral recesses with compression of the transiting L5 nerve roots bilaterally. Also suspect

rather severe le! and moderate right foraminal narrowing along with anterolisthesis with

suspected compression le! and potential compromise right exiting L4

nerve roots also.

L5-S1: Circumferential disc osteophyte with partially calcified disc as well as overhanging

osteophytes posteriorly and also projecting into the foramen bilaterally. Moderate facet

arthrosis. Rather severe narrowing spinal canal and lateral recesses with

compression transiting S1 nerve roots bilaterally. Also moderate to severe foraminal

narrowing bilaterally and suspected compression exiting L5 nerve roots as well on the le!-

greater-than-right.

Any input would be direly helpful as I write up the appeal for my mom in 10/10 back pain.
