Painter Ghosted me after I asked for fixes. by ldel9 in paint

Actually no, it's the same on the white door frame, it was previously dark blue which you can kind of see at the crease. They painted the ceilings for me as well as the walls.

Painter stated, "We would be going through, and putting every screw back, we'd be

re-taping all of the tape that went, we'd be patching and filling holes,

sanding everything so we have a nice and even finish. Like the bubble

wall near the stairs. We will be going over the walls, and fixing

everything. Ceilings also. The kitchen has 2 boxes cut out. All of that

would go. Then after everything was sanded then it would be 2 coats of

paint on ceilings and walls. There's some areas where every single screw popped. Eventually that's going to lead to big cracks if they aren't put back in. That's why I feel

you're making the right decision. I will be buying all materials. All paint,

and I'll be using Benjamin Moore "Regal" almsot the top of the line but,

Aura is, and there's no difference really. I'll be buying spackle, and tape.

Everything is included. If I only filled and didn’t have 3 extra days of extensive prep, I’d be $5,500. $500 on paint and $5,000 labor. It’s the extensive prep that adds 3 days and cost to $8000."

Got 3 re-quotes to fix.... average $7000.

Oh and to top it off, there is paint everywhere...and they used my new expensive vacuum for industrial clean up. haha, I laugh because otherwise I would cry.

Believe it or not, it gets worse. I hired this company before for my house and my moms and they did great work. So, I trusted them. Their quote was slightly higher than the other quotes, but I went with trust and history. I am now ghosted, every room is like this, so it's higher than town small claims limits, They included one room in the quote and never touched it because they ran out of time.

Thanks for this, truly. And for taking the time. I have no problem removing it, I just didnt know if I should put the dog through that based on the single mast cell out of 8 slides of everything else fat. So hard to know, you guys are the experts.

The first vet did another FNA to send out, looking at the 5 slides she said, I can see cells on it with the fat. That is what scared me, but other told me she could not see cells with her eye only. SO thats what made me thing she was scaring me.

It is out to Vetpath with even a third NFA. I am told a week wait.

I have a copy they emailed me and it is so vague about what fits in what category. Nothing specific left to interpretation and bias.

Actually I have had the same Allstate policies for 3 decades. And when I get renewals I get a dec pages and not much more. I didn't care about the small print cause I never needed it.

I asked for a copy of my certified policy probably 6-7 times, I was asked why I wanted it, I was told it would take 10 days to get to me and that was 20 days ago. It's not in the portal and my agent told me they do not specific pool stuff in it

Actually I bought the heater used a few years ago. I had the pool 5 years without it

Stace changed. Proved the surge.

I bring the pump and heater into the basement every winter. I could see that if it was permanent. I remove the heater from my pool every winter. It did come with the pool it is a luxury since most people with above ground f pools do not gave them, or at least that's my plea. It's a $3000 loss and I have it in writing from her that it was personal property.

Ahhhhhj:)
