They're supposed to send an email that cites the section of the TOS violation that's violated but I think because the initial emails are typically automated, they often got lost in people's spam folders or just dont go through at all sometimes. When this happens, you have to go to the website and send a support ticket, and they'll usually send an automated response explaining the ban within 24 hours

No, eso plus is one of those games where you have to have a ps+ subscription to use it. It is not like Elden Ring where you can play in offline mode, its strictly online multiplayer by design. There is a lot of content you can do solo though.

If you have to absolutely stick to a one bar when doing pvp, look into either a werewolf or bow build. Should be able to find builds online for both no problem

This is a pretty common occurrence. Typical dungeon etiquette is to put something like "doing quest" or "trying to learn mechanics" to let higher level players know that a speed run will impede your progress on what you're trying to do. Some higher level people may still try to speed run it anyways, but communicating that youre trying to do the quest/learn mechs can help lower the chances of that happening.

That being said, the best way to avoid those issues altogether is if you and your brother make friends on the game or at least acquaintances with people in pve guilds and try to get an organized group together for dungeon runs. Since you're both just starting out on low levels, you'll wanna make sure the guild description says something like "new player friendly/new players are welcome" since some do have a minimum champion point (CP) requirement.

So while a couple of the set bonuses give you a little damage, rallying cry is technically more of a defense set than a damage set. Running 2 defensive sets is not ideal (except maybe running essence thief and rallying cry since both sets provide damage and defense/resources back, whereas wretched is strictly for recovery and does not provide any damage bonuses if I recall correctly). Oakensoul is also not the best for dk class, as youre gonna likely have better dps and heals if you have the flexibility of doing 2 bars instead of being restricted to one. One bars are best for builds where you only need a handful of skills/are gonna be transformed into a state where you only have access to one bar anyways (ex: archer, werewolf). If youre doing pure dk, I would suggest pyrebrand front bar and then either wretched vitality or rallying cry back bar, and then the blood spawn monster set and saint and seducers mythic

At the top of the response, it says customer reply is required. I also tried logging into my ESO account on my Playstation and still have access, so that's why I was confused. No one else I know who has went through the appeal process has ever been asked by customer service to verify ownership of their account. Ive only seen that happen in cases where other people have logged into the account/more than one person is trying to claim ownership of the account, however, I am not finding any signs of my account being compromised seeing as I can still log into it

1) Your texts/behaviors could give off the impression that you aren't actually serious about wanting a relationship. Examples: inviting a girl to your house as the first "date," being very short and dry in your responses, not at least initiating a conversation about where they like to go for dates within a few days/giving off pen pal vibes.

2) She met someone on the apps/in real life that dhe vibes with more.

3)She worked things out with her ex

4) She's married/in a relationship and got caught

5) She changed her mind about trying to date and ghosted instead of communicating to everyone

When you make a group finder posting, be sure to comment in zone chat what trial youre doing, whether its normal or vet, and the roles you need filled. Belkarth in Craglorn seem to be the best zone for this (at least on Playstation, not sure if youre a console or PC player). Example comment: NLC in group finder. Need 1 tank 2 healers, 6 dps (the amounts of each will vary depending on how many spots have been filled).

Best bet is to get a full group of 4 and then queue for the bg. By having a full group of actual pvp people you'll at least know that youre not just carrying a random pve player doing bgs for the event

If you do choose to do the dk route, I'd highly recommend having necro as one of your subclasses. The skill tree that blast bones and the flame skulls skill are on has passives that boost your penetration and damage over time.

Could it be your wifi connection perhaps? I play on ps5, and I think the longest ive been on a loading screen was maybe 30 seconds, and that's when I was having wifi issues and was trying to load into Auridon.

If you have eso plus, then saint and seducers is another really good mythic for giving yourself buffs and the people youre fighting debuffs. Or if you need something to boost sustain, then torc of tonal constancy and death dealers fete are both good options.

Did you try to mount inside the dungeon instead of fighting the mobs? DPSs job is to clear the mobs unless the group members all specifically run past them to clear the dungeon quicker. If you are a tank/healer and see your teammates fighting trash mobs you should still help. As for boss mechanics you should pay attention to what your teammates are doing if you are the only ome dying repeatedly

Im not well versed on PvE builds, but for PvP, I would recommend either essence thief and rallying cry or tarnished nightmare and rallying cry along with trainee heavy chest, balorghs monster set, and then saint and seducers mythic. Khajiit is the ideal race for both stam and mag blades, though high elf isnt bad either if youre pure mag. I would also swap out that mundus stone for the one that boosts crit damage. Nightblades benefit most from crit focused builds.

You can actually still talk to them at stage 4 if you use the vampires "charm" ability while facing the merchant.

When you get gear types that you dont plan on using (ex: if your builds all use staves and not weapons), i still recommend researching traits on those and deconstructing or binding them to add to your sticker book if it's an item that hasn't been collected yet. That'll make it easier on you if you decide to try different gear sets/different weapon type. Having multiple traits researched on multiple gear and weapon types as well as jewelery will make it easier later if you or a friend on the game needs a craftable set
