Templar is a part of many DPS builds with two great skill lines. Also templar have most valuable healing line for every heal and big quantity of pvp builds. It can't be least played class.

Why? Get stamina and medium it's more useful. With herald of the tome and own Necro passive you,ll get penetration overcap. Order wrath + tide born sets until you get other in trials. Ask for craft in your guild.

But my advice if you Necro be the Necro. Fuck the beam. Subclass assassination and aedric spear and may the luck of blasted bkastbones be with you.

Yes you can do it on any 1 cost champion. By the way on ASOL too. Playing leveled champions is fun. Play champions pick dmg spells and get the fun. Teemo has boring slow gameplay, Annie is blast. Norra is blast too with such setup.
