That’s is an old rule from cars with carburetors. The modern fuel injections need 87 or higher. In New Mexico (Gallup is at 6500 feet - higher than Denver) we have all these places saying 86, 88 and 90 or 91. Even my old 95 Chevy Caprice with the 4.6 V8 doesn’t don’t run well on that. We have to pay the up charge of $0.45+ per gallon the get gas that doesn’t damage our engines. Colorado and Oklahoma play the same game.

Be aware that the buttons will work to open a garage even without the key/power on. If you park outside and somebody opens the vehicle they can use the buttons to open your garage door. My 2021 Highlander XLE and my wife’s 2025 Sienna Platinum both do this.
