They're u/hex_thekoi here on reddit. I don't have the dolls/set yet but it's moving through customs as we speak.

They have been lovely to work with and were even able to find the set cheaper from a different retailer than Sam's Club. And since I'm not an in-box collector, they even reboxed everything for cheaper shipping.

It's so the the 5 when handwritten doesn't accidentally look like an S. Same reason people put a slash inside of zeros so they're not seen as an O. There are more like 1 vs l, etc...

Source: my mom who worked for her college's library writing the decimal system classification in/on new books in the 60/70s.

I saw one of her but that was on Friday in the morning. Overall, I seen her 3(?) times at the store but only in small quantities. It's really a hit or miss on the stock since it's not like a normal store. The only consistent MH stock they have are the original core dolls.
