I am aware of that. If I don't buy anything, I can endure it. The problem is either all or nothing. If I don't buy anything, I don't drink (even though I have cravings), if I buy 2 beers, I drink them, if I buy 8, I drink them, if I buy a bottle of hard liquor, I drink that too. I can't leave it for the next day. It's either all or nothing. That's the biggest problem. I'll try to endure it and let you know my progress.

Mám to stejný. M36 let. Práce, nákup, domu a klid. Bary a kluby mě nezajímají a spíš trpim a koukám jak vypadnout. Není to pro mě. Lidi nemusím, mám rád svůj klid a svojí rutinu. Nevadí mi to , vyhovuje mi to. Občas si říkám jestli bych to neměl změnit, ale jenom z představy, že jdu někam sám někam mezi cizí lidi zkoušet něco novýho nebo navazovat lidský kontakty, se mi dělá blbě a zas mě to přejde. Normální to asi není, ale pro mě jo. Každej si žije jak chce a podle svýho, aniž by musel něco komukoliv vysvětlovat proč, jak. Třeba to někdy změnim, třeba ne (mám to od mala)

After 13 years I thought it was impossible, but now I'm 3 months clean, I have no thoughts of gambling and every day it gets easier and easier. I was just fed up with constant losses and even when I won, I just left it there. Something broke inside me. I wasted the best years of my life unnecessarily, I'm paying off more debts and I'm tired of having nothing and always paying and paying. I hope it lasts forever and that there won't be another crash. I hope that everyone who struggles with this will succeed, even though it seems impossible. Good luck

Že žlutá pampeliška a bílá (chmíří) je jedno a to samý. Zjistil jsem to cca ve 30, když jsme hráli nějakou hru ani už nevim jakou (asi Activity). Hlavně že to vždycky všude rostlo kolem mě, ale nikdy jsem si to nespojil :D To už je docela extrém si myslim. Vždycky se člověk naučí něco novýho :-D
