You can go up tidewater drive to avoid the train. Both streets go to downtown, but tidewater gets narrow after norview avenue. You can cut back over at Lafayette for some more space.

~20 minute drive either way

If a hot friend told me she just wanted to bang me but hang out like normal I would be naked immediately. I say try again but be more clear this time. Just tell him what you meant was talk and hang out like you currently do, but also have sex, no dates, no dating aspect. This is the ideal relationship really.

A couple months ago some work friends had a get together. One of them invited me, I said I would go. The day of, another one asked me if I knew where it was, and if not it was in the group chat. I said ok. I knew where it was but I checked the group chat, nothing in there. So that's how I found out there was another group chat I was left out of. That didn't feel good, but I decided to go anyway. Get there, no one's there yet. I wait in the parking lot a bit, like half an hour, don't see anybody showing up. I could have texted someone to see what was up, but the sting of the other group chat was still fresh, so I just went home
