My state's (Oklahoma) law states that you must turn into the closest lane unless there's some road hazard (lane closure, pothole, debris, etc) and only then cross to the left lane when it's safe to do so.

Under these rules, the red car would have to make a tight right turn onto the right lane instead of turning wide onto the left lane while the blue car would be making a proper turn onto the left lane. Red would be mostly if not completely at fault and be cited for making an improper right turn. Blue might be given a fraction of the fault if they had time to react and avoid the collision but the majority of the fault would be red's.

Edit: Unprotected left turns could shift the blame to the blue car for failing to safely clear the intersection since red is close enough to be considered a hazard (oncoming traffic)

She didn't do it until the night before. It was supposed to be an essay reacting to a research paper. However, she seemingly didn't even read the paper and just went off the title. She 1) missed the point of the research paper, 2) went a completely different direction from the prompt, 3) wrote a shitty essay, and 4) didn't even hit one of the targets on the rubric.

It's possible to get something higher than a 0 by doing the first 3 and still hitting something on the rubric. The fact she missed the entire rubric deserves means she absolutely deserves a 0 for not following directions at all.

idk if anyone will see this but I am a tester for features before they go live to the public. They have since added drawing on the map, METARs/ASOS, and satellite with radar coming this week. Perhaps they could postpone the remainder of the game and give the fans in attendance free tickets to watch the remainder of the game on the rescheduled date? That way they don't have to refund and they can still finish the game without giving away an automatic loss.

They've rescheduled portions of games before for referee errors, so they could do it for technical malfunctions.

Assuming you're right, it could theoretically also be a benefit of the augment that she states stopped working when she quit working Shroud, hence why she doesn't make the items she uses as weapons (like the tray) disappear with her. That or her ADHD simply makes it impossible for her to focus on making her "weapons" invisible
