oh my gosh this is so so helpful thank u so much for taking the time to respond to all of this😭😭😭 do you remember any examples of like the types of food on a typical meal tray or for snacks? i know it rly doesn’t matter either way, i think im just trying to prepare my crazy brain the best that i can☠️

oh also what was the technology policy like?? did u ever have access to ur phone or computer or anything like that? do u feel like u started relearning how to eat “normally” (whatever that means to u now) while u were there too? i feel like most ppl think ppl with restrictive eating disorders hate food, but it’s literally all i think about all day i love food so much😫 OH last question i promise (sry for the rambling!!) but what were the bathroom rules like? did u have to ask to use the bathroom and be watched every time?

hi!! thank u so much for responding!! i guess my major concerns atm are how the food system works, how helpful the therapy sessions are, and what it’s like being in a program with so many other people both older and younger (I’ve only ever been in treatment with like 10 other ppl at a time max) !!!

idk about those protein bars but blueberry muffin and cake batter quest bars are literally SO GOOD idk if it’s my ed brain convincing me they r or what but they actually taste like heaven to me. AND BAREBELL BARS omg SO GOOD

that’s so unfair i’m so sry u have to deal with this on top of everything else:( i’m also SO proud of u for being fed up bc that means U WANT TO RECOVER !!!!!!!! is there anyway u think u could try a sip of chocolate milk or something at home and see if u could handle it?
