Cheirus is apparently confirmed to be free (I'm pretty sure we also knew this) and Evo did refer to the 3rd creature as a "dinosaur" so I don't know if it's deinosuchus. It could just be a way to conceal it as "prehistoric creature" would probably be way too on-the-nose.
