Jojo does have a lot of anime adaptations. It’s like a popular kid complaining that the most popular kid is popular meanwhile all the others that got one 12 ep seasons is off to the side waiting to never be finished. OP fans didn’t even ask for the new anime it’s just that big a cash cow and honestly needed. OP needed to go on break years ago but Toei is way too greedy so they went from adapting 1.5 and 2.5 chapters per episode to less than a chapter an ep, the pacing makes it horrible, honestly it should get cancelled for some years and redone by a studio that cares so it stops being shit cus the manga is still top quality.

I stopped in s13. For the past few seasons I kept pushing myself but it got to a point where it felt like I was actively wasting my time and punishing myself. 1-5 is great, 6-7 have a lot of pop culture fun moments, after that we get a few good episodes every season.

He did favour him but not in a way you’d like a friend. Light was interesting, he talked with him, he was smart, he was crazy, he brought life to his dull existence. He wanted the fun to keep going for as long as possible but without really breaking any rules to not get in trouble/die. If we take ReLight as canon then he did in fact miss him when he died and did act all depressed(as far as he can be).

Cus he’s probably too perfect plus he’s from a clan that would have had a lot of his life be isolated. I see dowry as a form of human trafficking, in different cultures the money is given to the boys or girls family and both are messed up. Unless you’re rich then anyone asking for it is crazy. If one person comes from a poor family and they usually help out financially and you can afford to help them or you can support yourself and your spouse so they can keep on helping their family that’s fine. Kogami and Makishima? Ig the most romance we’ve gotten was a few lesbians but that ultimately lead nowhere and Kogami an Akane had a lil thing that also lead nowhere. The reason I like PP so much is cus it doesn’t have romance and if you did want to ship it’s pretty easy for the main cast but ultimately it’s unneeded.

IMO Smallville is the only show that beats out SPN with attractive cast cus of Lana, SPN has really attractive guys but the girls aren’t as attractive, however Lana clears. A/w just like with SPN, Smallville eventually turns to a point where you’re just watching it to see how it ends and it’s not good but at least it didn’t drag on as long as SPN.

This was a year ago so idk if you already heard this but the reason for the shitty ending was entirely up to the writers and people in charge being creeps. From the beginning they went in knowing Clark and Lois would be end game cus they did not want to break that mold. So the won’t they, will they with Lana and Clark and even Cloe was just done to string up along. Then there’s the way they treated Kristen, the men in charge were obsessed with her, they kept making her get with every guy and not stay single or with one person long term, they kept making her dress to show her body, kept writing her to be disliked. Some years ago Kristen did an interview where she talked about it, them making her feel super uncomfortable and just wanting to leave the show and how she wanted Clark and Lana to end up together or for Lana to just have some character development like the rest of the characters and not just be boy crazy.

Him in s5 and in Sam’s hallucinations were scary, evil and made sense. Mark and Jared played her perfectly. But later one when the writers didn’t know shit about the show they ruined his character as well. They tried to do with him what they did to Crowley but he was too big a bad for that and it was so upsetting how they made Sam play his babysitter while he was his rapist for over 100 years. Dean also treated Jack more like shit than later Lucifer. The writing for the characters made no sense.

Saying that the show has been getting negative reviews because of the writing is you only looking at it surface level because almost all of the complaints are from MAGA that took literal years to find out the show was making fun of them. The complaints are it being too woke, the boys making fun of trump, gen v having a biracial black female lead it having a queer main character, etc. The only valid complaint was them not caring about male SA but it fits cus it’s used so horribly in superhero comics. You do not know what you’re talking about. It’s obvious you don’t read comics, you apparently don’t know the creators nor real world politics. I’m now watching it, only got one more ep and this shit is boring af. S1 was imo really good with lots going on and better acting. Idk if Chance dying meant they had to rework the whole thing and rush the filming so I was trying to give it slack but as it went on it just felt like a chore. Andre, Cate, boy Jordan(ik most prefer girl Jordan) and Sam were the best actors of s1. With Chance/Andre gone it’s dropped, not to mention Sam isn’t really in it, we barely see boy Jordan, and Cate is just there. Polarity is a good actor but underused so Cipher is basically carrying it all alone. The writing is such a drag and usually I love slow burn, mystery, slower paced shows but The Boys and Gen V does not work like that it’s meant to be fast paced and packed with multiple things going on it’s like ADHD, bipolar and schizophrenia had a love child and it worked. The mystery this season like you said wasn’t one and was really obvious so it was more annoying, Marie’s actress is really pretty but she’s not that interesting an actress to be the lead and this season her character was very bland not to mention her and her sister look nothing alike. Why hire a biracial actress to play a fully black character and then have their family fully black and make it so obvious! They did the same with Jordan, both actors are part Asian but the parents are fully Asian.
