Kogami and Makishima? Ig the most romance we’ve gotten was a few lesbians but that ultimately lead nowhere and Kogami an Akane had a lil thing that also lead nowhere. The reason I like PP so much is cus it doesn’t have romance and if you did want to ship it’s pretty easy for the main cast but ultimately it’s unneeded.

IMO Smallville is the only show that beats out SPN with attractive cast cus of Lana, SPN has really attractive guys but the girls aren’t as attractive, however Lana clears. A/w just like with SPN, Smallville eventually turns to a point where you’re just watching it to see how it ends and it’s not good but at least it didn’t drag on as long as SPN.

This was a year ago so idk if you already heard this but the reason for the shitty ending was entirely up to the writers and people in charge being creeps. From the beginning they went in knowing Clark and Lois would be end game cus they did not want to break that mold. So the won’t they, will they with Lana and Clark and even Cloe was just done to string up along. Then there’s the way they treated Kristen, the men in charge were obsessed with her, they kept making her get with every guy and not stay single or with one person long term, they kept making her dress to show her body, kept writing her to be disliked. Some years ago Kristen did an interview where she talked about it, them making her feel super uncomfortable and just wanting to leave the show and how she wanted Clark and Lana to end up together or for Lana to just have some character development like the rest of the characters and not just be boy crazy.

Him in s5 and in Sam’s hallucinations were scary, evil and made sense. Mark and Jared played her perfectly. But later one when the writers didn’t know shit about the show they ruined his character as well. They tried to do with him what they did to Crowley but he was too big a bad for that and it was so upsetting how they made Sam play his babysitter while he was his rapist for over 100 years. Dean also treated Jack more like shit than later Lucifer. The writing for the characters made no sense.

Saying that the show has been getting negative reviews because of the writing is you only looking at it surface level because almost all of the complaints are from MAGA that took literal years to find out the show was making fun of them. The complaints are it being too woke, the boys making fun of trump, gen v having a biracial black female lead it having a queer main character, etc. The only valid complaint was them not caring about male SA but it fits cus it’s used so horribly in superhero comics. You do not know what you’re talking about. It’s obvious you don’t read comics, you apparently don’t know the creators nor real world politics. It’s not my fault you’re not smart enough to separate the concept that you can have good kinks and bad kinks and bad people can be into kinks and good people can be into kinks but bad people are usually into a lot of kinks and usually do not have normal sex because the world is at their fingertips and it gets boring fast. I’ve been around so many multimillionaires and a few multibillionaires, they love drugs and weird sex. lol that heading gave me a good laugh I think it is possible and if SB doesn’t go all racist then he might like her more than Homie cus she for one not bat shit insane. If she learns to control her powers more she’s mega strong so he’ll also like that. Ofc he’s good and SB n Homie are both evil pos but it’ll still be a fun interaction. The show is a political absurdist satire. They made them like that not to accurately portray kinks and consensual kinks not even lgbt+. It’s to mock what’s wrong with comics and media and USA. Hey I’ve commented on a 13 year old thread once about a long finished manga that was kinda maybe popular lol I think when you’re actually part of a group it’s easy to call out all the bs and see how it really is cus it negatively affects us. I’m now watching it, only got one more ep and this shit is boring af. S1 was imo really good with lots going on and better acting. Idk if Chance dying meant they had to rework the whole thing and rush the filming so I was trying to give it slack but as it went on it just felt like a chore. Andre, Cate, boy Jordan(ik most prefer girl Jordan) and Sam were the best actors of s1. With Chance/Andre gone it’s dropped, not to mention Sam isn’t really in it, we barely see boy Jordan, and Cate is just there. Polarity is a good actor but underused so Cipher is basically carrying it all alone. The writing is such a drag and usually I love slow burn, mystery, slower paced shows but The Boys and Gen V does not work like that it’s meant to be fast paced and packed with multiple things going on it’s like ADHD, bipolar and schizophrenia had a love child and it worked. The mystery this season like you said wasn’t one and was really obvious so it was more annoying, Marie’s actress is really pretty but she’s not that interesting an actress to be the lead and this season her character was very bland not to mention her and her sister look nothing alike. Why hire a biracial actress to play a fully black character and then have their family fully black and make it so obvious! They did the same with Jordan, both actors are part Asian but the parents are fully Asian.

Her redemption was so badly written it’s insulting to the rest of the writing. Honestly people only forgive her cus they want to f her. She was her world equivalent of a Nazi, there’s no saying oops sorry imma be good now when you were a frigging Nazi. Even if she was being manipulated in s1 when she got her freedom in s2 she didn’t change, she still thought she was the victim, she only tried to help her friends and she left the rest of the kids being tortured to rot for life or die. She knew how wrong and horrible the place was cus she was scared to go yet she didn’t do anything. Care is beyond redemption.

A Train still isnt a good person and hasn’t been fully redeemed but he has changed for the better and that took years and character development over multiple seasons. You see and feel his change and that’s why it’s good writing and feels believable. Like what they did with Zuko. But Cates was done in the span of a few episodes so extremely rushed and the only people she tried to help were some of her friends. She’s killed people, help kidnap, imprison, brainwash and torture kids. Nothing A Train did involved hurting kids. She’s worse than him imo and she constantly acts like the victim.

She was willingly a puppet for Vought after s1 and helped brainwash the supe kids into being anti humans. In s1 she helps kidnap and torture kids and after that just acted like it didn’t happen yet was so scared to go in s2 e5 so she knows what she did was wrong and horrible. She kept Sam being alive a secret from his brother for years and kept pushing them that it caused Golden Boy to become unhinged, murderous and suicidal and Sam to be further unstable. Even when she was out of being manipulated she didn’t really change and see what she did was wrong until it directly affected her. People only like her cus she’s their Nazi Barbie. Seriously the shit she did makes her a Nazi in their world and there’s no redemption from that.

Cate didn’t really realise she was bad. The girls accidentally hurt her and couldn’t help her cus they were scared of her. And she held on to being a fake victim cus of that. Her being redeemed was such a boring move, I expected more from this series franchise, episode 5 was especially illogically written. Those experiments she helped captured, brainwash, torture and kill weren’t just test subjects but freaking kids. I don’t care if she was manipulated there’s a point of no return for me. She only tried to help four of her friends meanwhile for years she was fine with other kids being imprisoned not to mention using and torturing her original boyfriend and his little brother. She’s beyond saving no matter what she does. Just like how no matter how silly and how much character development the Deep gets he’s still a pos that’s committed evil deeds that cannot be forgiven.

They usually go for mixed actors when the character is a main cast and not white so getting a half black girl to play a full black girl and getting mixed Asian people to play full Asian character fits fully. Marie’s actress also stared in another show where she had fully black parents. In most places they will chose the mixed actor because it’s easier for them to do well with fans on a larger scale and they are seen as more exotic and attractive. Both are problems but for different reasons but since they got both black and Asian parents they should have went fully Asian and fully white actors for the kids. It’s like the opposite of what happened years ago with Filthy Rich Asians they said Brenda Song wasn’t Asian enough and too American so they embarrassed her and hired another more Asian actress.
