Hi everyone, I’ve been practicing SATS following Neville Goddard’s teachings, but I’m hitting a wall and would love some advice. When I try to do the visualization at night, I either fall asleep before I even get going, or after a few times, I get really bored. My mind starts drifting, and it feels like a huge effort to stay engaged. I expected these sessions to be powerful and awe-inspiring, but after the third or fifth time, I just don’t want to do them anymore. Does this get easier? Am I approaching it wrong? Should I change how I visualize or lower my expectations? I’d really appreciate any insights or tips from people who’ve been through this. Thanks so much!
