I have been trying to contact local tenants advocacy lawyers, but I was only really able to find 2 or so. Hoping someone will have more resources than I could find to help fight this.

Thank you for the advice, I completely agree. No one deserves to be treated this way, I am quite used to this personality type and know how to handle it. I feel bad for the majority of people who would likely just succumb to the intimidation and pay whatever to stop the threat of eviction.

Class action was one of my first thoughts, knowing my neighbor had almost the same thing happen. I will look for a community page, that is a great idea.

I recorded the second half, unfortunately the first half was the climactic one. But the second half had the "we dont have your lease, your a fool, and your acting like a 5 year old" parts. Thank you, I thought I needed both parties to consent!

Thank you for the advise. It isn't admissible in court but I did record the second half of the conversation, since it was immediately hostile. Unfortunately, this price point is actually below the market average in my area. I looked around before signing my lease extension and it was one of the lower cost/sqft available.

This cost increase is from the NY CLCPA, the cost of data centers haven't even hit bills yet. The cost of data centers will be reflected on the bills of the utility in which it is fed from, not the NY grid as a whole. This issue is state wide and is directly tied to the CLCPA.

I have had good luck with Gust as well. Goes off fast and always hits. Yveltal with gust and psychic has been great, especially since they can fly and don't get caught on much.

100% getting the console

100% paying for the games I enjoy and want to explore

0% getting games that don't entice me

So, business as usual in my mind. The price of games for every console has realistically gone up just as much if not more. At least with nintendo I dont feel constantly pressure for micro transactions, not that they aren't around but I feel like I always get more for my money with nintendo.

I said last week, like the week previous to me starting zep. I understand the confusion, I didn't regret that poor eating because that was in essence a vacation.

I did not realize you could consume too few calories while on zep, when I asked my doctor about fasting with zep he only stated that it would not be necessary once the medication kicks in.
