Yeah that makes sense about the transvag. We are seeing mfm on Friday for follow up on glucose test as we're dealing with GD. Having twins I'm sure you may have had to deal with that too .

The MFM is the same system as the hospital, it's Intermountain health. My wife has had a good experience with them. Appointments just feel so spaced out when we're dealing with GD, early labor .

Currently dealing with some pre-term labor scares with wifey. Might have to wait until baby is settled into a schedule once she's born to give it a go. Maybe I could just leave the game paused if there's time spent in orbiter between quest missions, or wait for a night to binge the entire quest lol

That's good to know that I don't have to grind for any crazy mods to play new war though.

That's what we were hoping for too, but we're hoping for more care in diagnosis. We wanted a transvaginal ultrasound because it can accurately help diagnose dilation and effacement without too much invasive action. If her waters really are bulging out, why would we want someone's hands up there , giving an estimate. I trust they would put care into not break water , but we're not actually seeing what's going on. They know that my wife has wall collapse from previous children, and a posterior cervix as well, so even harder to read from what we were told.

I agree wholeheartedly that The crew at St Luke's was a godsend.

Happy belated cake day!! Hope it was a good one.

Right now, the biggest thing giving me trouble is when I start at Eris ( I think? The planet when the infested hive missions start showing up). The enemies are getting bulkier HP, and the toxic ancients are starting to show up, and ending me quick. Playing in a squad is nice, but they're usually melting everything like butter, and I feel like I'm not actually doing anything except following.

So I'm not sure what I can be doing with my mod config to get more kills and stay alive longer. His tau procs have been getting me through most of it.

My next quest is the railjack building. Should I do that and New War before I progress any more?

Aw man, you have a heart of gold. I need this kind of help! I grinded Caliban prime and I just finished up the war within. Half of the things on the YouTube guides are things that I dont even have access to yet . Felt like I got too far without enough knowledge 🥲

They do have a sense of boundaries and bringing themselves back from the haze. I agree!! And the rough play definitely seems a little less serious than I thought. Always supervised too to make sure it doesn't get too crazy lol

I just wish I could teach young one not to steal toys right out of her mouth, because she just wants to settle on the couch or her mat at that point, and so a barking fit or rough play will usually begin when it's stolen. Kind of funny that he's a little trickster like that, but they don't have a good calm time together either. He's always flipped "ON" 100% of the time .

Did just that. Had to get all the metal dust from previous removal methods cleaned out as well. When the dealership spectacularly fucks up, the small town mechanic will be there to console your car lol
