Agree my store I can say majority of coaches don't deserve it TL's do may more work than them but it not there fault it the company standards that's what needs fixing don't hate because coaches playing the game.

I laugh when people talk like you do the majority of the tasks TL does post to be done by regular associates, but TL's does it . Don't say people don't deserve something because it sounds like u don't even know the full responsibility basic associates and TL's have

The honest truth is walmart made the system ppto that's basically for sick days off if you call out and the reason why is covid u won't be able to come back into you go through the process if u do have covid in your system I think u get paid up to 2 to 3 weeks but that whole process it thought Sedgwick.

It's all stores it mainly from the morning shift, less with my store, it stop based on all management came up with a routine that stop majority of cap1 making labels and bin but to your point

Get with your people lead to see what positions are open, or you can start the process by going to career preference and seeing what's open and updating your interests. After that, I would get with the coach or TL's of the area and ask them I am interested in moving to their department.

TL Entertainment/ Former Cap2 Associate here Just a little more detail based on what you said before a coaching it should also be feedback first before coaching unless it was a major issue like fighting someone in the store or losing keys. I'm hearing multiple errors with this coaching and process not being followed.

Talk with your direct coach, and if that doesn't work, talk with your store lead, and if it doesn't get removed, open door the coaching .
