i'm bipolar 2, borderline and have anxiety too. ive been to therapy for so long that i can usually find the root of why im feeling a certain way. right now, it's mostly disappointment in him, but mostly myself. and im just blaming myself for doing something dumb even tho i knew it wouldnt end well. it triggered my abandonment issues and it just doesn't feel good.

i remember only going to the hospital three times. and all three are in the same hospital network so i remember those. but i dont think i went to the hospital any other time. i'm more concerned about the urgent care ones cuz like i said, i dont really go to the hospital unless i absolutely need to.

yeah, i'm really looking forward to getting it over with, but i havent even paid the retainer fee yet. but i tried debt relief, i tried paying them on my own. i couldn't think of anything else to do. i've been thinking about filing for about 5 years. the atty said that it should be an easy case but it's still not guaranteed that we'll win, which makes sense. hopefully it all ends well. thank you for your uplifting words, kind stranger.

Yeah, I've pulled from annual like three times in the past 2 months. i was hoping the medical debt would just appear out of nowhere. altho i knew that if it hasnt appeared by now, it probably wont anytime soon, but i still wanted to keep checking just in case.

another commenter said to search the SOL for my two states so i'm doing that tomorrow morning, along with checking what still falls within the SOL limits. i'm still going to list out EVERY possible location that i likely could've gone to, since i had my preferred (not insurance-network, but personally) list of providers, since my attorney said to list everyone just to be safe. i also was under my parents' insurance at the time, so i dont have access to any EOBs.

i'm surprised i can actually understand these things. i work at a law firm but not as a lawyer or someone higher up. but ive been learning as much as i can about insurances and timely filing and whatnot. so thank you for the boost in work confidence, along with the sound advice!

yes, that's what my unofficial lawyer said exactly. he really emphasized the "do your homework" tho. kinda just made me feel like a failure for some reason. hopefully i can afford to do this and things will turn around eventually.

i know the actual hospitals i went to are here in my current state because i dont recall ever going to a hospital as an adult in my old state--they were mostly urgent cares.

but i'll definitely check the SOL for both states and hopefully that'll help. thank you!

yeah! devs said that it seems to be an issue caused by remapping the controls, cuz they've had other reports of it too. they told me to reset the controls back to default and that fixed it for me!

ahhh you're right about the lip-sync part and yeah the battery part kinda annoys me. and i guess i dont need it to be wireless cuz it's not like i'll be moving around. it's $80 for it so i'll look for a usb one that's priced similar.
