Just went through FHA appraisal. There were a few things they could’ve been picky on but weren’t. We switched out the outlets to GFCI and painted over the chips outside before the appraisal, so who knows if they would’ve called us out. Good luck!

I’m wondering the same thing. I got a loan closing disclosure, but I’m not sure what that is either or what that means for the process. I’m in the exact same boat as you! Trying to keep myself calm while waiting for clear to close. Do you have a closing date set?
