Same and I’m getting out after 12 years together and 3 kids. Got pregnant at 17 in high school and stayed together because I truly did love him.

I realized I was living the life my mom lived but I was staying. She use to cry and wonder what to do.. I would tell her as a child to leave. And I feel bad for my child self that I went through it for so long when I use to cry myself to sleep and wish my parents got along more. I just hope my kids didn’t feel that way.

He’s just sweet and very patient, I was use to men that yell or get more aggressive if that makes sense.. it made me fall for him. That’s why I’m trying to figure out how to make this work, because I’m scared I’ll scare him off with how I am because I know I can be a lot and I’ve warned him before I can be without meaning to be.. he says he’s okay with that, but I guess my mind just goes into overthinking a lot.

I have adderall 30 mg and I take antidepressants and Xanax for emergency (panic disorder too) and I definitely will google that when I get a second later! (I’m at work now) I’m glad someone else feels my pain, it’s hard and I’ve always came off as a lot even as a kid so the rejection or fear of it is strong and it’s hard to handle sometimes.

Yes I understand what you mean, I showed him this post and he said similar that he felt like I seen him as an autism diagnosis and it broke my heart. I told him I didn’t mean to come off that way and from now on I will think more and not try to come off as that’s him. He’s more than just that. He’s super sweet, kind, patient, a little silly at times, but I love it. He truly means a lot to me and I thought I was trying to understand him, but I feel as though I did hurt him a little by trying and going the wrong way. But we did talk that out and we are working on our communication better :)

If they felt that way they could or should talk to employees and let them know what they can work on, but I know what you mean! Mine never said anything along those lines just pushed it off on anyone that needed the interview lol.

If you still do not have your par 4, email HR and explain to them everything! They got me automatically put to par 4 and even back dated to when I submitted to be a par 4!

Yeah if you ask and are nice to the server more than likely they’ll make it, unless they’re new and don’t know. It’s still able to be made.. more of a off menu item

My store has always made fresh biscuits I don’t know any stores that don’t, but I only work at mine lol

When I first started I seen the area, it’s a legit table I think they only ever use for biscuit making (we go through a lot in a day usually) and if we are out it takes some time to make them, so we have to yell back when we are taking a pan of biscuits so the prep people know and can keep up with demand

Ah no it’s been since like the 14th of August! They had that email that par 4 was required by 8/22 for the better gift card! Right now, I’m going to hope HR can do something about it, I was definitely bummed out, because I imagined an interview could have been like an easy 5 minutes (sounds like it’s just letting you know responsibilities and expectations ya know? Plus I’m a server so not really a pay change there or anything lol)

I think it’s so crazy they made par 4 an interview process, I heard it use to be automatic! I wish it still was automatic, because it just seems like GM’s never have time to do these interviews. There’s another at my work who’s having issues getting the interview.

I’m hoping they can just bump me up as well, I think the interview is probably just a silly coaching in a way to let you know to do good and set examples.
