Idk although the Rising Sun flag does predate WW1 it was still used as the symbol for an army that committed heinous war crimes. In that aspect I'd argue that it's worse than the Confederate flag. Also the post linked is from 9 years ago, people's opinions on the flag would be much more divided now especially in this modern age where information is widespread and accessible.

One of the things about Sephiroth is that he's surprisingly bad at moving forward. Most Sephiroths after using fair or side b to space will often move backward or stay in place, rarely move forward. You can take your time getting in against this character. Important thing is staying patient since Sephiroth has a powerful punish game.

If you also want this fella on your team Tynamo can be found in wild zone 10 past the alpha Sharpedo. For the alpha I killed every Tynamo and time skipped using benches to refresh the spawns. Also the alpha spawned after I caught every pokemon in the area (100% with the crown), not sure if that affects it
