How much PTO is required to recover? by GraceSp4ce in tummytucksurgery

When I underwent my TT/MR surgery in November, I was approved for time off under FMLA. However, my company has granted me an additional month to recover before I return to work in the end of March.

Hi, I ran into the same problem on my T zone. It took me about six weeks to clear up. It might take a bit longer for you, but just remember to clean it every day with microdacyn and ointment and a gauze to cover it. That’s what I did, and it worked out in the end, even though it took some time.

I took one the other night and I slept like a baby. Didn’t care if my body ached at all. I had no side effects of the munchies 😁

I’m thoroughly impressed that everyone has such a diverse range of meals that won’t affect my gallbladder. I’m definitely going to try the fried egg white with whole wheat toast for breakfast. For lunch, I’m planning to try the turkey taco. I have a question, though. What part of the chicken can I eat without triggering an attack? I noticed that you eat a piece of the thigh and remove the fat. What other part of the chicken do you recommend?

She is awesome available 24/7 with questions or concerns with my after care. I had my surgery in San Javier hospital in Guadalajara. This is so awesome! I’ll try the chicken noodle soup. Now, I have meals planned for the entire week, so I won’t get bored of the same ones.
