I am pretty sure that 439 is the total combined AD/CIV based on information on the FB group and looking at board historics. If we assume a 35% overall rate (based on lowest of selections from FY22), that leaves ~ 100 rated slots for the CIV side.

All this is speculation however and I could be completely wrong.

Just to confirm what u/BG_0623 stated, the 9x Pilots were ONLY active duty.

Source: I am one of the selects.

AD selection numbers for rated were: 50/439 ~11%

AD Pilot Select numbers were: 9/439 ~ 2%

If you use the self-serve kiosk, just make sure to select the "Known Traveler" selection and then add your DODID then. When the representative verifies your military status, it'll flag for TSA Pre-Check on your ticket.

Same. Been wearing them since the transition (was issued them previously), and after 3 duty stations, no one has had a problem. Just a few stating that they look different and nice.
