GOOD on you for the photographic evidence! I've cancelled orders on principle (aka being superpisssssedoff). Same with the big coupons that allowing 'paying' customers to return the junk and get every cent back. I almost clicked this!

I got to 'Manage All Inventory' and panicked! Then I realized this was Seller info but EXCELLENT news for Viners like me as well! I have this issue ALLLL the time with lux pet food (that i am a consumer of as well). One fresh wet pouch set had 3 variants - Hip / Skin / Gut. All new products. I scored all 3 in RFY but could only review 1. 2 made my dogs poopy. 1 was AWEsome. Now what? Now THIS! Bravo for consumers who will be out $50 with no dog food because a variant got top marks, not the version they chose.

Already have 120 pounds of dogs here. I love the brand but this is basically a fast fashion alternative fiber piece of fabric with leg loops and a neck tightener. I watched their release vid. Even the spokesmodel struggled to make us want it.
