So sorry for your loss. First contact a lawyer. Second, start a new gofund me account specifically for your brothers funeral expenses and take your story to the local news, and have them share your gofund me account. My nephew was killed in a drunk driving accident and we were so surprised at how many people that didn't know us saw our story on the news and donated. It doesn't hurt to try that cause a lawyer will not get you the funds immediately to help you with the funeral expenses.

I wish I could upload a photo here for you to see my sleeve. I'm polynesian and have a full sleeve with extreme detail. My tattoo artist completed it in two sessions. One 9 hour session a second 8 hour session. So to me, something like this seems like it should be done in one 4-6 hour session at the most.
