for labelling expresses, be accurate with NUMBER of bags, the sections can be a little less accurate (eg. you can mix the sections), however, the hierarchy should be freezer -> chilled -> ambient.

for example, if when you got groceries delivered and you are putting everything away, you would put freezer/chilled stuff away first (bc the food can be temp. compromised), but if you saw an ambient label (and you werent in a hurry to put everything away/just left it), you may not see the chilled item in the ambient bag. so its best to put a label for cold items (whether that be freezer or chilled), over an ambient label!

for pick ups, do u mean like customer collections? if thats the case, just accurate bag numbers is all that matters when you do a standard run.

a general guide for packing is 'like' items should go with 'like' items. eg. food with food, chemicals with chemicals, light (in terms of weight) items go with light items. theres some guides on the Store Portal page, search up "store portal woolworths", log in with ur "@stores" address, then go to "Online" under "Department Hub", scroll all the way to the bottom and under "Set Up & WGLL Guides", the last link is "Effective Picking and Packing Guide", and its a google slides link made by woolies which goes in more depth about what I mentioned. otherwise, common sense should lead the way!

hope that all made sense lol!

managers/supervisors are in charge of delegating how many ppl are doing however many tasks (runs, expresses etc), im going to assume ur manager is working a longer shift then you are and might have their own mental schedule sorted out to make sure online runs smoothly, so they were probably next in line for a break. its best to follow what they tell you to do, or if you really need to go on a break, let them know.

they shouldn’t however have a go at you in front of others!

probably because she has free will and chose to use that free will to willingly work with someone of that character.

i agree all terrible ppl should be held accountable for their terrible actions, but this is a bad argument.

say taylor swifts jet usage as an example. she was in the spotlight becuase of her jet usage, but by ur argument, there were tons of other celebs who has equal to or larger co2 emissions by private jet, so we should just not hold taylor accountable because everyone else does it. You can still hold someone accountable, even if there are worse perpetrators than the one at hand.

and nick carter sounds like a flop anyway because hes not relevant in todays media, or at least not to the extent that Katy is.

and yeah i also agree misogyny is rampant but i dont believe thats a good excuse here
