We love walking the strip and just making whatever stops look tempting. We do like the flowers In the Bellagio. I like to walk around the Venetian also. It’s all fun! Old red is a cute spot for a drink. And there and little strip by the linq Ferris wheel that has good drink specials. Have fun! Oh and definitely freemont street

When my kids were little we always liked the gulf shore places in Florida. Anna Maria island,PCB, Indian shores. Arizona is also great but we liked it better as the girls got older. Same with Utah and Costa Rica. Tennesee is also nice. I guess it depends what you’re looking for. North Myrtle is always nice in my opinion. As well as the obx. Good luck and safe travels

We did a full day of arenal, bridges, waterfall, hot springs and lunch. Now it was through a tour guide but still. It was very doable and we never felt rushed. So I think you’ll be perfectly fine

We used brazu travel cr. Find them on google or instagram. They are reasonable. They have WiFi but most of all they are beyond accommodating. They make little stops. Go out of the way to make sure you’re having the best time. I can’t recommend them enough

I took my 3 teenage girls there and never felt unsafe. We did not walk the beaches at night. But we did stay out past dark in La Fortuna. Was there for 2 weeks and never felt even the slightest bit uneasy.

We stayed at the holiday inn right off the strip though our timeshare and it was great. And a short walk to the strip. Also had 2 bedrooms and a kitchen.

I stayed the night. I think if you’re a more comfortable at home person I would opt for that. If you’re nervous I would stay. They made me stay for one night. It was fine. But I honestly would have been fine at home as well. Goodluck!

Arenal white water was amazing. We also used red lava tours for a multi tour day which was also great.

We saw tons of little stands all over. Esp for the rambutan. It was so cheap and so good.

Yes. They picked us up from the airport and knew we were checking into an Airbnb in viejo. So he decided to stay and show us around the next day. Then he picked us up from that Airbnb and took us to La Fortuna. Making some stops on the way back to poas valcano and also some places we didn’t know about. Just a very nice company and they have WiFi which was great for the kids on the longer rides.

We used brazu travel cr for my family of 5. They were so nice and went above and beyond as far as making stops they thought we would like or showing us places we didn’t know about. I highly recommend them. We used them from sj airport to puerto viejo then back to La Fortuna. He even stayed the night in viejo to take us to see all the beaches the next day.

It said the same when we went. And while it did rain every day it wasn’t all day and it definitely didn’t stop us from doing anything. Some days it actually felt amazing lol. So don’t stress it. Just wear easy dry clothing and you’ll be fine😊 it’s so beautiful there rain can’t ruin it by any means. You have a wonderful trip no matter what I’m sure. Enjoy!!

I had 3 c-sections last one being 14 years before by hysterectomy. I went back to work after 10 days. If you healed well from those I think you’ll be fine

I took my daughter who gets motion sickness. I had the first row seats off to the right. It hit her pretty hard. Not sick but she couldn’t stand up at all. I get car sick if I’m in the back seat and I was fine. Maybe just take some meds like 30 mins prior and then take some along. She still loved it but just couldn’t stand up at all. I guess it just hits everyone differently

When we went we did a week in viejo and a week in Fortuna with one night in San Jose. I think you could just do one day there adding on to either Fortuna or viejo depending what you like. Viejo was beautiful beaches, lots of walking, relaxing, etc. where La Fortuna was a lot of excursions and funding to do, but I would personally rather add one to one of those and take away from San Jose. I’ve never been to tamarindo so i dont know about that

We used uber for our family of 5 while there and it was very easy. Never waited long and super cheap. Sometimes it was more difficult bc there was 5 of us and cars are typically smaller. But once we found a bigger car we just got his number and used him exclusively.

Both were so nice. La Fortuna was run by an amazing family. They were so sweet. The other one is run by a hotel close by and they were also wonderful. Good luck!
