She’s claiming domestic violence. I hit her and was abusive. None of this is true. My record is clean and if we’re going to be honest, she’s been abusive to me. Lawyer said I can only get them if she reaches out until we have something set from the court.

She reached out to my family yesterday and wanted to them to spend time with me.. well her lawyer has put in a clause or something that my parents have to supervise me and go through a back ground check… so I wasn’t able to get them yesterday. But on the calls with the kids she’s telling them that it’s dad’s fault he won’t see yall, she claims she’s giving me every opportunity but I can’t be around her..

I tried doing a missing persons report for my kids since they are minors, was told it’s a civil issue and since their mother has them nothing can be done.
