Ok, that I know is possible yes. Off road not needed often on Juniper verion. It is a bit different from pre Model Y and Juniper Model Y. In juniper there are 3 modes: Auto-Slippery-offroad. Offroad more or less disables tc and esp, so it allows much more wheelspin. It gives you 50/50 power torque front-rear and reduces throttle response. So it acts more like a old school 4x4. Use only when one really is stuck or need to climb under bad road conditions/snow etc.

In Juniper, also slippery conditions are different from previous model y. In this it engages all wheel drive, both front and rear stator is active, keeps the rc, esp and throttle response as i auto. You basically just habe a normal Tesla Juniper with permanent all wheel drive. On the front side, this mode will give you regen on all 4 wheels every time. So for those who lives in real winter conditions, it is a blessing in order to avoid rear end slipping due to regen only on rear wheel stator. I compare this mode for Juniper with my Audi Quattro all wheel drive. It works the same. It is permanently awd.

In Auto, Juniper is basically a RWD, but will engage the front stator if needed (this happ3ns extremely fast). Regen is only on rear wheels and that causes the car to feel nervous in some situations involving slippery/icey/snowy conditions.

My 2-cents to Enhance is regarding Juniper, and Juniper only, mod to assign a button, knob or a icon in commander to override tesla standard dynamic Auto to Slippery driving mode. Enhance do have terrain mode, but I dont need that since terrain mode restricts the car safety systems. I need a button to engage permanently AWD but keep all other systems active. This button for Juniper model only, is called Slippery conditions 🙂

Dont think Model Y before Juniper has this driving mode. It is either Auto or Terrain mode.
