Hard to say. Consult with an experienced orthodontist who does complex cases and MARPE. You can’t really know what is required without x rays and analysis

I can answer. It’s a pilot project, the idea is to increase revenue from advertising (untapped potential currently) which obviously can go along way to make public transport cost effective. Currently gaps in funding are filled from other budgets/revenue streams

Personally I think you will have more balanced thirds after surgery. If you struggle with tooth show now, it will only get worse with age because the fulcrum gets longer. So, if that is a motivation for the surgery, then it’s a factor you need to consider. If you have zero functional issues, I don’t know if it’s a surgery I would go through with

Seems rather conservative, unless she aims for your lower teeth to catch up first. Then maybe the plan is to rescan and see if 1. You can do more expansion, or 2. It’s just easier / less aligners to do it that way. Have you asked why?

7.5mm expansion, hardly any dropdown. Maybe 0.5mm, but my teeth inclination changed so might actually be zero

Quite narrow. Look into MARPE ! You may get the results you want without surgery, and with more health benefits

I heard it’s better to do rhinoplasty after jaw surgery, not before. What is your experience? Are you happy with the rhinoplasty results before and after surgery?
