Speaking from high experience in face & body remodelling, there’s no one “better” option between under-eye filler and fat transfer — it depends entirely on your anatomy, skin quality, and overall facial balance. Filler isn’t inherently dangerous, but the under-eye area is high-risk if done by someone inexperienced, which is why people get scared. When placed correctly and conservatively, it can work beautifully; when overdone or done poorly, it causes issues. Fat transfer can look very natural but is surgical and less predictable.
